Comparing the first picture in this post (1:59:40 a.m.) with the other three, which were taken a little after 5 a.m., you can see the spath is starting to close up. The greenhouse is open for anyone who wants to come by to see and smell it. Yes, it still smells but it's not overbearing like it was yesterday evening.
Amazing!!! Wish I could have seen it in bloom in person but pics are worth a thousand words so at least I get a visual image. Thanks so much for posting the beautiful blooming pics!!!
I have watched this for several days from here in Morton. Would have loved to have seen it. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING IT WITH ALL OF US! My grandchildren enjoyed it very much also.
